I made 3 withdraws, 15.08, 16.08, 17.08.
Today is 27.08 and money withdraws are still "pending".
It's unacceptable these days for withdrawals to take longer than two or three days, and today marks the 12th day. Meanwhile, my account was disabled because it was being "checked" for some unknown reason. Currently, absolutely nothing is happening with the withdrawal, and the live chat is simply stalling and offering no concrete information. How on earth does the Napoli team have a partnership with such a casino? It's a complete scam. I should add that previous withdrawals in other periods for smaller amounts were paid within 5 business days. I was hoping for the same here
