It's been a month since the tournament and I still haven't received the bonus


vor 2 Jahren

They have this bonus where you have to place 1-10 in the tournament. I placed 7th in the tournament, but I didn't get a bonus. It's been a month since the tournament and I still haven't received the bonus and they only respond by email once and when I contacted them again there was no response.

Live chat only replies that we will get in touch later via email, but as I said, I don't hear from them after that.

We investigated the situation on our end and came to the decision to manually credit the prize for unlocking the achievement, in the amount of 250 EUR to the customer's account.
