They have this bonus where you have to place 1-10 in the tournament. I placed 7th in the tournament, but I didn't get a bonus. It's been a month since the tournament and I still haven't received the bonus and they only respond by email once and when I contacted them again there was no response.

Live chat only replies that we will get in touch later via email, but as I said, I don't hear from them after that.

Also I never got my winnings from bet I won in 19.02.2024. Bet id is 24680481. Live chat said that they will email me about the issue with paying the winnings but they never did.

Please be informed that the Achievement in question was not unlocked, due to the fact that there have not been enough participants in the Tournament mentioned. Please note, that the Terms and conditions of the tournament always include the minimal number of participants required for a Tournament to be considered held.

Given that a Tournament needs to meet the requirements for it to count towards the Achievement, in this situation the achievement was not unlocked, as per the Terms and Conditions.

How did I won a price money from that tournament then?

There were certainly enough participants in the tournament. The picture I sent shows that I won 175 euros from the spin mania tournament. I would hardly have won that 175 euros if the tournament had not been held due to the small number of participants.

As we can see, your winnings were derived by a regular usage of the Casino Slots, which could exist regardless of whether the participation in the tournament took place.

In the email I received, which I also attached here, it clearly says that the 175 euros I received are prize money from the tournament where I finished seventh. I am sure that I would not have received the prize money if the tournament had not been held due to the small number of participants. In addition, I remember following the tournament table and seeing more than 50 participants, which was the minimum number of participants for the tournament to be held. In addition, I received an answer from your live chat a month ago that the lack of a sticker/achievement is due to a visual bug, so is your live chat lying or you now?
