I am filing this complaint against Posido Casino due to unacceptable delays in processing my withdrawals.
My account has already been fully verified, and all requested documents have been approved by the casino. Despite this, my withdrawal requests remain pending without any valid explanation. Whenever I contact customer support, I am told that the “payment department” needs to review it, but no timeline or concrete updates are ever provided. This has been going on for more than 14 days now, which is far beyond any reasonable or industry-standard timeframe for withdrawals.
It is very clear that this is not a verification issue anymore, but rather an intentional delay on the casino’s side. The lack of transparency, the repeated copy-paste responses from support, and the complete absence of progress or communication are unacceptable. A licensed and reputable casino should not be holding player funds hostage in this manner.
I expect AskGamblers to intervene and assist me in getting my withdrawals released immediately. I have met all of the casino’s requirements, and there are no legitimate reasons for Posido to continue withholding my money. If this is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further to the relevant regulatory authorities.
