My £231 withdrawal from this company is still pending 8 days later after stating it only takes 48 hours. Everytime you use live chat you wait 1-2 hours for a response and when they do respond they haven’t got a clue what they’re doing they copy and paste the same message. I’ve done everything they’ve asked off me and still nothing. All my documents have been verified yet they tell me my documents are being checked and I’ll be updated via email but I made a complaint through the site 5 days ago and still haven’t recieved an update via email. After making the withdrawal my account became restricted and said contact customer support for more information but customer support don’t have a clue what to say.

They said 3 days ago that they’d be reissuing the withdrawal to a different payment method but it still says pending to the old withdrawal method. They’re now stating that due to high demand processing times are extended for everyone but that should not be the case. The high demand must be with their customer service for not paying out peoples winnings.

This complaint has been reopened as per the submitter's request and the AskGamblers Complaint Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved in the dispute reach a satisfactory resolution.
A week ago today they asked for wire transfer details so they could reissue the withdrawal but 7 days later it is still pending on the previous details and nothing has changed. I’ve waited 2 hours each time for a reply on live chat and sent an email and I’ve had a copy and pasted email back twice saying due to high demand withdrawal processing is currently delayed but it’s now been 15 days since the withdrawal was made

He had sorted this complaint shortly after it was made. On the 2nd of December the 231 GBP was approved and sent to the player but don't think the player ever updated this. Proof of payment is provided and hoping this complaint can be marked as resolved asap.
