I created the account with PlayFrank casino, uploaded my identification documents and my profile was fully verified. I had actually won some winnings of £101 and £201 which were paid out very swiftly.

I then deposited again and won winnings of £501 which I withdrew on 12.30am Monday 6th March 2023, it says 48 hours to process the winnings, and this morning I got an email (over 48hrs after I submitted my withdrawal) to say my account was closed which no explanation and nothing mentioned about my winnings, I cant access live chat, I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. Its unfair as I've supplied all verification and they've kept hold of my winnings from me.
I asked numerous times if there was issue about my account because obviously I could supply what they needed and all I was told before my account closed was this is a normal routine check, so they basically lied to me.

Please look into this and help support me.

Playfrank have ignored every single email I have sent, I want my case to be resolved and for Playfrank to pay out my winnings.

They closed my account witheld my £501 winnings and never bothered to explain why, I have sent around 25 / 30 email with no response.

I would like an update

This has caused a lot if anxiety and stress, my account was opened, verification was completed and passed, two small withdrawals processed in a speedy time frame, then a 3rd withdrawal of £501 had my account closed and my winnings removed, this I'd absolutely disgusting behaviour from Playfrank and I want my £501 winnings to be paid out.
I also want an explanation for the stress and anxiety inflicted on me by this Playfrank casino.

Please can I have an update.

You say you're still awaiting updates regarding the case, it's plain and simple, you confiscated my £501 winnings and closed my account because I wanted to make a withdrawal.

My account was verified and I supplied all verification documentation.

You're stalling because you have no reason to have closed or confiscated the account and whoever made that decision was completely in the wrong to.
All I want is my £501 winnings paid out, then I will NEVER play at one of your casinos again, because this has caused too much stress and anxiety.

I don't understand what you mean by "We're still waiting for some updates concerning the case, we will come back to you as soon as they are ready." because when i made that Play-Frank account, i uploaded my verification documents, my account was fully verified, i have two successful withdrawals of £201 and £101 which were processed smoothly.

But as soon as i withdrew a further £501 you close my account abruptly confiscating my £501 winnings (i still don't know why) as no email sent stated why my account was abruptly closed and confiscated.
I adhered to the terms and conditions of the casino, and i feel as though whoever made the decision to close the account and confiscate the winnings made a huge error.

I will not let this go as this is unlawfully actioned by yourselves, you let me deposit (WHILST MY ACCOUNT WAS FULLY VERIFIED) but as soon as i start to make withdrawals your close the account.

All i want is my £501 winnings paid out, i wont bother playing at one of your casino's again because i'm absolutely traumatised from this and i don't trust your casino's anymore after the vile treatment i have received from Play-Frank.

So i'll ask again, please pay out my deserved winnings of £501.

How long is this supposed to go on for? they are stalling because they know how they have treated me is wrong.
This is causing great stress and anxiety because i play for fun, and the fact my winnings which are deserved have been confiscated I've actually been stolen from by PlayFrank casino, they have literally stolen from me, i complied with all T&Cs, my account was fully verified.
Please can this sorted as soon as possible.

I will not rest until i receive my winnings you incorrectly and disappointingly took took from me.
I deposited a lot of money on your site, i completed verification with my ID Documents, proof of identity (passport) and Proof of Address (bank statement)
I don't understand why every single message you've sent you have been waiting on more information. this has been going on for near 3 weeks, i have been pretty patient.
