E transfer passwords
On Friday November 15 and Saturday November 16 I made four withdrawals of 800cad 700cad and two of 300 cad. I used the etransfer withdrawal method which requires them to send a password to my mobile phone to accept and complete the withdrawals. The withdrawals were sent within three days which is normal for weekend withdrawals. The issue is they only sent me the password for the 700cad withdrawal but no password for the other three making me unable to complete the transaction. I have been back and forth with live support and my playamo VIP person to get the passwords sent to me again or to cancel the withdrawals back to my account to make another attempt at the withdrawal. The support staff has been no help and slightly rude about this which has been frustrating. They keep saying the passwords were sent then they forward the issue to another department which again says they sent the passwords. I just need some sort of resolution on this. It's a lot of money to be out because of a small oversight. The transfers expire in December and I'm worried if it makes it there the money will just be sent back to them. The money is waiting for me to complete this but without them sending me the passwords there's nothing I can do.
