Deposit not credit to my player account
I feel like I’ve given the casino ample time to rectify the pending deposit on my account. On February 2nd, 2021, I used my visa debit to deposit $30, the money was deducted from my bank as per usual, however has been showing “ pending” on my playamo account since. I hopped on the casino chat to investigate and was advised it was with the “ financial team to investigate”, I’m concerned at the time it is taking for them to verify that they did indeed receive the $30 successfully, as per my bank. Every-time I look for an update I’m told it’s still under investigation. I can provide screenshots from my bank privately to askgamblers if need be, to prove the money was debited. However, anyone knows that visa debit would decline if the funds were not available. It’s amazing they will delay a successful deposit and lose trust from a loyal player.
