Delaying payments for a second time due to 'winnings under investigation'

I have submit a complaint previously of PlayAmo casino for delaying my payment for 3 weeks because of an investigation into my winnings.. it was finally approved after this long 3 weeks and i could finally start withdrawing in transactions of 16k a week.. But after just one week, they’ve have left my withdrawal pending for about 4 days and i asked support for help and said security department are investigating winnings??? This is absolutely absurd and ridiculous!! I am sick of this! Someone please help and allow me to withdraw my legitimate winnings. Screenshots from the conversation with the support agent is below

The issue has been resolved. Just miscommunication on the casino’s part as some support agents told me i had a second investigation for no reason and my pending withdrawals were dormant for longer so had me worried
