Playamo Casino- Delayed Withdrawals

I've been a user at Playamo Casino since September 2018 and have loved it. I have completed identity checks long ago and have made countless deposits and some withdrawals. (Largest $1,800.00)
Recently after playing over a day I had won 8k and made 2 4k deposits adhering to max in policy. (02/09/19 16:33 - 4000, 02/09/19 23:27 - 4000) - AEST.
In a normal course, approval is received in a few hours and payment in a few days. At present it's been over 3 days. I have contacted Live chat a few times, initially told 1 - 5 Business days, the 2nd indeterminable. The third that it should be today but no definitive response. If I could just get a more detailed response or understanding of the process being undertaken it would give me comfort instead of concern.
I sincerely apologise if requesting mediation is too pre-emptive at this point but would appreciate if it could be reviewed. I'm hoping it's just a misunderstanding and it will be back to Business as usual.
