Delayed Withdrawal along with terrible Customer Service
I requested a withdrawal on Friday October 11 to be paid out via etransfer. I always deposit and withdrawal using etransfer. Any other time I request withdrawal I get a text message an hour or two later letting me know the password for my etransfer and then I receive the funds within 24 hours. I did not receive the text with my password nor did I receive my withdraw. I’ve contacted support 3 times and no one is being helpful and no one can tell me why I didn’t receive a text with my password or why it’s taken so long to pay out my funds when any other time I have, I get it within 24 hours. I understand that it’s only been a few days but something just doesn’t seem right about the whole thing. I was hoping you could help me get to the bottom of this. Thanks so much.
