Delayed Cashout 16000
Hi, I have recently had a lovely win of $16000 at Playamo. I have submitted all documents, ID and photos of CCards, and even a photo of me holding my ID as proof (they requested this) All of this has been approved.
I have 4 cashouts pending of $4000 each (daily cashout limit for NZ). The first was made on 21.06.
I have enquired about these with both online chat, support email and my VIP account Manager to see when these are likely to be processed as the website now says payments within 2 hours (reduced from 12 hours at the beginning of the week) I realise that cashouts can sometimes take up to 3 days, but it is now nearly a week, and with other casinos, the longest I have had to wait for payouts has been 48 hours
I have just been given notice by my employer due to effects of Covid-19 on the business, so these fund are really needed now.
The only responses I have had from emails and chat, is that it will take a while, when I have asked for a timeframe, this has been ignored, or I have been told tehre are no specific timeframes
I have attached copies of emails, cashouts pending and chat dialogue
I am really hoping you can assist me with this
