No answer on email and slow verification

I’ve written two emails to them, and they still haven’t replied.

I’ve been waiting 10 days now for them to verify my documents so I can make my withdrawal.

Their “24/7” customer support is just a chatbot that tells you to send an email, saying they’ll reply within 24 hours.

They still haven’t responded.

I have 1,100 euros waiting to be withdrawn.
