Hello,

My name is Sikder.I have an account with Oshi Casino.I had claimed welcome bonus and played slot Book of Dead.On my 1st deposit there I was very lucky enough,won $550 but decided to cash out when my balance was dropped to $350.Support team asked me to send them kyc documents after made withdraw request.So next day I had sent and uploaded every single document.But they said some documents like bank statement was missing though I had uploaded the doc already.After that they asked me to upload my selfie with ID and a note "Hi Oshi" with date.Next day I made ready the selfie and the note and tried to upload but surprisingly my account found disable.So,I sent them email about error but got reply my account has closed.I asked them why my account closed where I have $350 into my account but the sent me same reply again without any valid reason.I have attached some screenshots about my account details and complaint.It will be highly appreciated if you can manage to help me please.Thank you.

We returned your deposit on the 21st of October.
But there was a problem with withdrawal, because your account was disabled.
So, we manually processed 15$ at 2:45 P.M. on the 29th of October.

Oshi casino making excessive delay to process my refund only $15.Casino team memebers now run around since last 5 days with silly excuses every time to keep me long time waiting which is nothing but a torture where they confiscated my winning $350.They now saying they don't know when they will process my refund which makes no sense.I will be highly appreciated if you can figure out please.Thank you.

Seit 12 Stunden werden 1200 Euro nicht ausgezahlt, angeblich lt chat gibt es keine fixen Zeiten bis wann ausgezahlt werden muss! Auf mein e mail wird nicht reagiert, ich werde immer nur vertröstet! Der live Chat macht gar nichts, bis dato wurden hier Auszahlungen binnen 2 Stunden bearbeitet, weiters gibt es keinen fixen Zeitpunkt für die Auszahlung

Verzoegerte Auszahlung oshi

Oshi verzögert nun seit 3 Tagen die Auszahlung , Crypto Auszahlungen sollen laut deren Seite , sofort passieren.

Es geht um 2300 USDT.

Ich bin verifiziert , ich hab vorherige Auszahlungen auch schon erhalten , es ist jetzt das erste Mal das es so verzögert wird , eigentlich war ich immer zufrieden. Ist nicht nachvollziehbar das ganze . Seit Anfang an wird man hingehalten , es wäre angeblich in der Prüfung , verstehe gar nicht was da noch geprüft werden muss

Oshi Casio - Casino fordert Auszahlungsmethoden die aber nicht angeboten werden

Ich möchte 200 Euro Auszahlen. Habe sämtliche Dokumente eingereicht. Meine Einzahlung lief über Paysafe. Ich soll nun auch über Paysafe wieder auszahlen, jedoch gibt es diese Option nicht. Ich habe 11.06.2024 im Live Support machgefragt und die Antwort war das ich mich später wieder melden soll. Heute am 12.06.2024 habe ich wieder nachgefragt wie ich denn nun an mein Geld komme, erneut war die Antwort ich soll nach 24-48 Stunden wiederkommen oder die Banküberweisung versuchen. Diese jedoch hat ein Auszahlungsminimum von 500 Euro. Ich habe also keine Chance eine Auszahlung zu tätigen. Chatverlauf von heute habe ich gesichert und Screenshots von meinen Auszahlungsmöglichkeiten und sämtliche E-Mails.

Oshi Einzahlung nicht Gutgeschrieben

Hallo,

ich habe 4x 100€ bei Oshi eingezahlt was durch meine Bank von meinem Konto auch abgebucht hat. Bei Oshi wurde die Einzahlungen abgelehnt. Ich hatte es hintereinander vier mal versucht da es irgendwie beim Abschluss mich nicht zurück auf die „Händler“ Seite zurückgeführt hat bei der Einzahlung.
Ich habe Oshi zum erstem Mal am 02.08. deshalb angeschrieben. Die wollten von mir Kontoauszüge mit den ganzem Umsätzen drauf was ich auch zugesendet habe.
Danach hörte ich und höre immer nur unsere Abteilung ist dran wir melden uns wenn es was neues gibt.
Ich will alles versuchen bevor ich die Umsätze bei meiner Bank reklamiere, die haben gemeint ich soll es zuerst versuchen mit dem „Händler“ zu klären.

Problem mit 120 Euro Restgeld

Hallo Vorgestern Zahlte ich 51€ mit myfinity bei Oshi casino ein OHNE BONUS und gewann 400€. Ich machte eine auszahlung antrag von 300€. 120€ Blieben auf meinem Spieler konto. Stunden später versuchte ich weiter zu spielen aber es erschien immer eine Meldung. " Tut uns leid ihr Konto ist vorübergehend gesperrt". Ich machte eine Beschwerde bei Casin Guru. Danach wurde mein Konto geschlossen. Die 300€ wurden mir überwiesen. Jedoch fehlen noch meine 120€ vom Spielerkonto.

Auszahlung wird nicht gemacht - mein kompletter Kontoauszug gegeben!

Hallöchen, ich spiele schon lange bei Oshi und habe auch schon öfter Auszahlungen gemacht. Nur wird mir meine gestrige Auszahlung nicht gewährt, weil die Leute einen Kontoauszug mit zwei Bezahlungen sehen wollen. Das habe ich dreimal bei Oshi hochgeladen und trotzdem wurde es abgelehnt. Sie wollen eben einen Kontoauszug sehen, bei dem nur die Zahlung zu sehen ist, mit Name, IBAN und der Einzahlung. Das geht aber bei meiner Bank nicht. Ich kann entweder den Kontoauszug für einen Monat downloaden, oder eben nur die Einzahlung als Umsatz ausdrucken, aber dort fehlt dann der Name. Es ist eine Farce und nicht zu verstehen. Ich bitte um Hilfe.

Hello, I am trying to withdrawal after i won, I been waiting since 28.10.25. And its still on pending, when i ask support what is happening they are not saying anything and just say I must wait. They also claim that it take 24 hours to the withdrawals to be finished reviewed.

Withholding withdrawal no communication

Dear Team

I’ve experienced ongoing issues with my withdrawal requests and would appreciate some clarity and resolution.

Initially, I was advised through chat to use certain withdrawal methods, which were later canceled on your end. Eventually, I was told to re-submit the request via Mastercard, which worked successfully after a month of back and forth.

On October 18th, I attempted another withdrawal from other winnings after deposits made using Mastercard. It remained pending for a week before being canceled. I was then advised to use a bank transfer method, which was also canceled. I tried the alternative bank method available, and that too was canceled.

When I reached out via chat, I was informed that my account would be closed with no reason given, and the agent had no information regarding the withdrawal issues.

I’m not looking to file a formal complaint at this stage, but I do hope this matter can be resolved amicably and transparently. Could you please explain the reasons behind these cancellations and the account closure notice?

Delaying regularly withdrawal

I know that in Oshi there is a rule that withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit. That’s why I deposited via Skrill and also requested my withdrawal with Skrill. First, I was kept waiting for one day, then my withdrawal was canceled, and they told me use bank transfer instead. It has already been 2 days, and I am still waiting. The support team only replies with copy-paste answers, which is very frustrating.
