I deposited $30 AUD using Neosurf on the 24th of Jan Australian. I have contacted Osho.io many times asking about it and just keep getting told that the payment team is looking into it. When I've asked to chat to the payment team they say I'm not able to.
I have shown proof of the Neosurf funds transfer from myneosurf.com & also contacted Neosurf and received an email saying the transfer was sent to Osho.io and then forwarded this email to them. Still to no avail.
I do like the casino & have previously written them a good review on your website. I'm not trying to get them into trouble. I'm just submitting this complaint to hopefully make them speed up either accepting the deposit or give me a refund.
