Delayed withdrawal of 1150 euro

I started to play on this casino around 5 days ago.

Deposited 50 euros and gambled it to 230 euros. Wanted to make a withdrawal.

I uploaded documents and got verified and in the same time my withdrawal got processed.

Everything fine so far.

After this I made a deposit for 348 euros 29/8.

Played it up to 1150 euros and decided to make a withdrawals.

This is where the problem starts.

It has been pending for 48 hours since the withdrawal request and they told me it is under ”review”. First withdrawal didn't take this long and they didn't come back to me via email or so either.

I had to email kyc department without a response. I even contacted through chat about this and didn't get any info that it was sent further to the Financial department. Which is the same department as kyc.

I feel they delay the withdrawal to make me gamble this amount away.

Overall the casino is really bad and have bad games with limited bets etc.

I need help with this issue, since it shouldn't be taking this long.
