I have had several wins, one of which was a jackpot but they are hiding behind a withdrawal limit and had agreed to payout £2,000 every two days but have broken that. I still have £25,000 to payout which is still showing as being able to be reversed, this is bad, I just want my money. I am an alleged VIP and have a dedicated manager but still not paying out

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been provided with valid evidence on behalf the management of VegasHero Casino where it is clearly displayed that the player has been payed 10000GPB within a single week, even though withdrawal limit is $5500 per week, as stated within casino term #9.1.3:
In addition, all other withdrawals in between have been reversed by the player.

Our usual withdrawal limit is 5500 EUR/GBP per week and I can see that we approved withdrawals over the usual weekly limit for you, as a gesture of goodwill. You cancelled some of the pending withdrawals and enjoyed those funds, so we are unable to refund those.
