Nitrospins doesnt pay my cashout since March 21st

I made 335€ cashout on the 21st of March and it's still pending.

The account is verified. Nitrospins just delays my payment and I don't know why.

They have very poor support and they give only runaround answers about my payment. For example, I haven't got any timeframe for my cashout to be processed.

Can you help me get my money?

NItrospins Casino - Auszahlung vom 01 06 24 immer noch nicht erhalten

Am 01.06.24 habe ich die Auszahlung von 530€ beantragt. Ich fragte die darauf folgenden Tagen immer wieder mal, nach dem stand der Dinge.
Doch zu meinem verdutzen, wurde immer mit der selben Antwort argumentiert.

Gestern am 12.08.24 fragte ich nochmals über email beim Support nach. Mit dem selben Ergebniss. Sie arbeiten daran, es gab technische Probleme ect.

Also für mich ganz klar betrügerischer Absicht, was an sich auch die Seriosität des Casinos wieder spiegelt!

Nitrospins casino zahlt meinen gewinn über 300 euro nicht aus. Meine auszahlungsanfrage ist jetzt seit zwei wochen auf pending. Mein account ist vollständig verifiziert und ich habe mich schon mehrfach an die kundenberater gewendet, aber es passiert nichts. Ich habe ausserdem auch eine email bereits an den support geschickt.

Der Grund warum ich mich an sie wende ist der das seit mehreren tagen nicht bearbeitet wird von Seiten des casinos höre ich nur ausreden es würde ein technisches Problem geben man arbeitet an einer lösung langsam glaube ich nicht mehr daran im live cheat bekomme ich immer wieder das gleiche zu hören ich habe das gefühl man will mich hinhalten nach dem motto vielleicht verspielt er ja noch sein Gewinn ich weiß mir nicht anders zu helfen deswegen wende ich mich an euch mein Konto ist bei dem casino komplett verifiziert

Does not process my withdrawal 300 EUR

Nitrospins does not process my withdrawal of €300 which I made on 2024-04-17.

They don't give any answer to why, just that they are working on it. But nothing happens. Live chat just ignores and closes the chat when trying to get answers from them.

Can't find how I can attach files with proof.

Violation of the payment deadline

I've been waiting for payment since the 19th. At first I waited 48 hours for verification, then they wrote that payments were only made on weekdays, wait until Monday. But at that time they had Thursday and Friday, the payment did not happen. Now Monday there is no payment again.

These are violations of the 3-day deadline that they told me about.
