So here we go ... i deposited 20 euros on next casino using my mothers credit card, i CAREFULLY readed the terms and rules before i did this too check out that this was allowed and i couldnt find any text about this not being allowed.
Then i got lucky enough too win up too 700 euros which i gladely withdrawed.
And now when i send in all documents they have blocked my account.
This guys is just searching for a reason not too pay you really discusting behavor.
This money is ALOOOOT for me and its nothing for them. They are just cheap.
But i hope that we can resolve this and they can call my mother or get here approval of me using her card any day anjy time. Hope that this will be resolved as quick as possibile.

Hi Max,
Do not worry. Our payments provider automatically locks accounts if third party deposits are made. We have unlocked it now just so do not have to worry. It is standard procedure. The payments provider team are not available during weekends so that is why this seems to be taking a long time.
It would be great if you could send us that letter so we know that the depostis were "allowed" by your mother. Do not worry, we will have this resolved within a day or two. We will have to ask you to only use cards and payment methods on your own name in the future, to avoid such problems.

but they have not yet unblocked my account.... but im hopefull i will get my money now :)
I believe everything is solved now just waiting for my withdrawal too be accepted as it was rolled back once my account was unblocked.

Based on submitter's last post AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is officially closed now.
