Hello, I asked for withdrawal on mystake, they rejected my withdrawal and asked me to submit them video verification, which I did, sent the video. But now there has been no news from them more than 3 days, nothing, no response. They answered on mails quickly till I sent them video, from that moment nothing from them. So, I'm little worried about my money there, cuz I saw(late) they don't have great score here on AskGamblers. I'm seeking help here, to deal with this problem soon, cuz I need that money. This morning i receive a mail where they telling me that they tok out mostly money from my balance. I sent screenshots in attachment. Im really disapointed with this. Mystake looks like scaming me. They took out 4000 usd from my account wihtout givimg ne a reason for that.

We investigated the issue and detected that the user has a connection via a crypto address with another user. All winnings and 20% of the last deposit are deducted. We strictly prohibit using the same payment by two persons.

Hello AskGamblers,

I made my deposit from my personal BINGX account, which is a cryptocurrency exchange. What they are claiming is simply impossible, as there is no other MyStake account using my wallet. It seems they are trying to scam me. The deposit was made from my personal exchange account, and the only connection I can think of is that they have other customers who might have also deposited from BingX, which happens to be one of the largest exchanges in the industry. So, this claim appears to be a deliberate attempt to cheat me.

Please investigate this thoroughly. There are numerous reviews about MyStake using the same tactics on other platforms, and this is unfair. I have done absolutely nothing wrong. Why did these problems only start when I tried to withdraw my winnings? There were no issues when I was losing money, so why now?
