Hello, I would like to know if you can help me please, KYC asked me for a video with my ID and information written on a paper with the date and everything is verified but I’m trying to withdraw some of my money and cannot, do you think you could help me with this please? I only want to withdraw a bit of my money but I can’t even do it, it says that I do not have the permission.

I do not know what to do..
I am still waiting for confirmation that I can withdraw.
Mystake mentioned at the end of the week but I can’t even withdraw 500$ at the moment and it would be really helpful at the moment.
