Withdrawal very long delay and no help

It's unbelievable how nobody helps me, they tell me that everything will be fine and the payment will be made in a short time (I've been saying this since Monday and now it's Friday) After sitting and waiting for so many days, now they tell me that this week I will not see money because the Department does not work from Friday evening to Monday, so I will only be able to see money on Monday or Tuesday, it is frustrating, I am angry that no one is doing anything and I have written to them so many times and discussed it but in vain , they just wanted to get rid of me and told me that everything would be resolved quickly and they talked to the Department.
