Withdrawal pending since November 16th

I requested a withdrawal on November 16th, an account verification was requested and it was completed on November 26th, but the withdrawal has not yet reached my account and the deadline set in your regulations has already expired.

I would like to request urgency in my case!

I've tried every way to resolve it both via support and by sending a complaint via email and still nothing has been done, please check.
