Withdrawal approaching 3 weeks

I initially won $5000 but was told I could only withdraw $1000 a day with up to 3 transactions pending. So over the course of 3 days, I put my withdrawals through $1000 at a time.

Time goes by and u get a bit overzealous and play the $2000 that’s unable to be processed because I can only have 3 pending…. My own fault

Time goes by and one of the withdrawals cancels so I put it through again and more time goes by, probably around the 1-2 week mark I waste another $1000 so I’m down to $2000 pending and I leave that.

Every few days I message the online chat and they tell me they can’t help because they can’t talk to me about funds so I should email the finance department they just tell me the same thing…

The $3000 is my own fault I should’ve had more self-control even though I would have withdrawn it all were I able to. The other $2000 I’m still sitting on the first step which is “Under Review” It’s been just short of 3 weeks and I’m starting to wonder if the money coming.

The dragged-out withdrawals are kinda scum baggy in my opinion because having the balance just sitting there is hard to resist hence me losing more than half of it but like I said my own fault for having no restraint. Is there anything that can be done to move the process along?

Oh and also my account is not verified but that’s not my fault, there’s no buttons on the verification page and I’ve asked the chat multiple times if I can just verify my account in advance so that they don’t drag out my withdrawal further by asking me for the docs and they’ve told me no and that I have to wait for them to ask me for verification.

This complaint has been reopened as per MyEmpire Casino request and the AskGamblers Complaint Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reach a satisfactory resolution.

These guys are just messing with me. 4 weeks waiting at the first step of the withdrawal process... They cancel both of my withdrawals and I'm told I need to reapply for them but I'm restricted to $1000 a day in requests. I've kept my cool for too long. This is getting really annoying
