The withdrawal request is pending from Monday

Hello.

I requested a withdrawal of 420 Euros from my account on Monday, but no one is processing it.

Yesterday I contacted the support service in the chat and asked when my withdrawal would be processed. They told me that my request was in the final stage.

Today, when I contacted again to find out why the funds had not been withdrawn to me already on the 5th day, the support service employee in the chat said that my withdrawal was delayed. I asked why it was delayed, but I didn't get a clear answer, he just said to be patient.

But I'm sorry, from Monday to Friday you can't withdraw funds, isn't that patience?

Help me withdraw my money.
