Pending withdrawals not yet processed

Hello! On April 1st, I won €1405. The withdrawal limit is €500 per day. So, on April 1st, I requested €500, on April 2nd, €500, and on April 3rd, €405. Processing time is 3 business days. All withdrawals are still pending. I should have received the first €500 yesterday and the second €500 today, but I have received nothing.
