Delayed payment since January 22nd

Hello,

On 18 January, I won 3000€ on MyEmpire casino.

Today, 6 of February (13 working days), the 3 withdraws of 500€ that I made are "under review" and I haven't received any money yet.

I and many of my friends play in this casino, and this is the first time that one of us wins more than 500€, and this happens..

I am afraid because I need the money,

I talk with the support every day, but they only tell me that I have to be patient and I will recieve the money in the next few days..

Thank you and I hope it's true, because support has been telling me this for 3 weeks and my withdrawals are still under review.

I understand that a payment can be delayed, but more than 3 weeks seems very excessive.
