Malina Casino - Withdrawal delayed for over a week despite casinos 3 day policy

I requested a €500 withdrawal from MalinaCasino on 26.September.25, and it has now been over a week with no progress whatsoever. According to the casino’s own Terms & Conditions, withdrawals must be processed within 3 business days, but this deadline has long passed.
After contacting support via mail, I received nothing more than a generic “please wait” reply — no explanation, no timeline, no action. Since then, my withdrawal has remained pending without any valid reason provided.
To make matters worse, MalinaCasino restricts withdrawals to €500 per day, meaning that this delay blocks all subsequent payouts as well. The result is that players are effectively forced to wait indefinitely to access their legitimate winnings — which feels entirely unfair and unacceptable.
The total withdrawal sum will be 1900€ splitted into 3x 500€ and 1x 400€
I also didnt got any information on if verification is needed and if so what documents they need. Just radio silence after the first generic "please wait" mail
