So, I deposited $30 CAD today and won by $20.
I tried to make a withdrawal and when I typed all the information that I need to withdraw, it didn't proceed.
So, I contact Live Chat and they told me they are currently experiencing technical issues with Wire Transfer and encourage me to use another meth
They use Ecopayz but I don't have any account and I needed extra documents to verify for that Ecopayz account.
They literally didn't tell me before I deposit and I was so disappointed when they replied me that technical issues on Wire Transfer will not be solved at all.
Poor customer service and such a scam.
