Lord of the Spins Casino - Delayed refund payment 300€

Hello the casino promised me by mail to get me a refund of 300,- since I didn’t meet their T&C. I made a withdrawal of 1492€ but it was not accepted. My account balance is set to zero.

I got this email from support Lord Of The Spins on February 27th:

We regret to inform you of the non-validation of your request for withdrawal due to a violation of the terms and conditions of the casino.
The gains made were a result of a deposit.

We remind you that it is forbidden to place bets greater than or equal to 30% of the value of the deposit.

Winnings and bonuses have been deducted from your account according to the terms and conditions.

We refund you the deposit that you did just before th withdrawal and the deposites that you did in the meantime of the withdrawal for a total of 300euros

Now, one week later they didn’t respond me by email and the chat (Jason) says that they don’t see the refund in their system.. so i’m worried...

Can you help me? I didn’t receive the amount on my bank account yet!!
