Lord of the Spins Casino - Delaying my withdrawal
I made a withdraw of a 1000 euros two weeks ago 16.5.2018. I was told to send documents to them on the next day. After I had sent my documents to them they send me an e-mail on a tuesday 22.5.2018 that said ”the withdraw has been accepted and we will start handling the payment on a next weekday. Since I had to use the international bank transfer method for the withdraw I knew that I had to wait for a while. But I havent still received my wins and I have been in touch with the casino via e-mail which they havent answered yet and with the live that for 3 times this week already. On monday (28.5.2018.) I asked from the live chat for a update on my withdraw and I got answered that it will be paid in the next 24 hours, it didnt happen. Yesterday (30.5.2018.) I was told that they are paying the withdraw right now. And today (31.5.208.) when I asked them for an update about my withdraw they said there is some technical issued that we will contact you soon, but they could not give me any estimates for how long it would take for them to contact me. So im getting frustrated right now since I feel like I have been lied many times already this week and I dont really know whats going on and when I will be paid. I have all the e-mails and few screenshots from the conversations if needed.
