Withdraw issues taking more than twenty days

I have a problem with the withdrawal with this casino King Billy somehow they lost my transaction and I didn't receive my money for more than 20 days, the amount of money is 2300.3. Usually, they said it takes to 5-7 days for the transaction to appear in my bank account my it didn't appear. I attach a photo of my withdrawal transaction which says accepted.I'm attaching a payment order that they sent me my money which i didn't get and this is what they write in the email (Dear Valeri,

Now I'm gonna attach my bank statement today that I'm gonna show you that I still haven't received this withdrawal, I got all my other ones but not this one this one should be 340 000 Icelandic kronor! + I have reciept for all my other withdraws but not for this one that I'm talking about 2300.3

First, let us assure the player that he will get his money 100%, up to the last cent, so he should not worry about this.

The latest from us is that the transaction done from our side was neither refunded nor reversed by the Player's Bank. We have requested confirmation from the Player's Bank regarding the transaction status, but they have not yet replied. Additionally, all bank details entered by the player were the same as other transactions he has already received, including name and SWIFT.

We kindly ask the player one more time to contact his bank and provide proof by them, that they did not receive any transaction from King Billy Casino.

We assure the player again that there is ZERO chance that he will not get his money, and we sympathize with his situation.

and i recived 5 of my other withdraws with same details for my bank account just stating that but not this one of 2300 euro :)
