Deposit refund refused despite them not honoring presented table limits in live game

Am Dienstag habe ich 365 USDT eingezahlt bei King Billy Casino und leider wurde bis heute das Guthaben nicht gutgeschrieben.

Den Support habe ich angeschrieben jedoch ist bis heute nichts passiert. Auf Anfragen werde ich vertröstet, dass ich weiter warten soll bis sie eine Lösung haben. Wie gesagt ich warte und warte und hoffe das das Guthaben nun eingezahlt wird.

Schon mehrmals habe ich versucht, bei KingBilly eine Auszahlung zu beantragen. Bisher hat es nicht einmal funktioniert. Immer werde ich vertröstet und neue Daten abgefragt. Nachdem ich dann mein gesamtes Guthaben verspielt habe, schrieb mir die Kundendienst Mitarbeiterin "Jessie", dass mein Account verifiziert ist es falls doch nochmal Daten benötigt werden ich angeschrieben werde.

Dann zahlte ich erneut mehrmals ein, alles klappt, natürlich es sind Einzahlungen. Nun gewinne ich und wieder alle Auszahlungen storniert und neue Daten werden abgefragt und keine Daten und Unterlagen werden akzeptiert.

Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht, dass dieses Casino prämiert von askgamblers ist ?!
Ich habe mehrmals den Kundenservice angeschrieben und nie bekomme ich eine klare Antwort. Hier wird auf Zeit gespielt mit der Hoffnung, dass die User das Geld wieder verspielen.

Ich erwarte eine komplette Verifikation meines Accounts ich habe ihnen alle Daten zugeschickt. Auch von Askgamblers möchte ich gern eine Bestätigung, dass dieser Fall kontrolliert wird, was die aktuelle Einbehaltung meiner Gewinne bedeutet.
Alle Daten liegen vor und KingBilly weigert sich das Guthaben von 969,00 Euro auszuzahlen.

Ich habe bei Kingbilly.com 50€ eingezahlt und die Summe mehr als 3x umgesetzt. Ich habe ohne Boni gespielt. Ich habe eine Auszahlung von 1000€ beantragt, aber sie wird immer abgelehnt. Eingezahlt habe ich die 50€ mit EPS Sofort Überweisung. Die Auszahlung habe ich mit Kreditkarte, Banktransfer, Brit und Skrill versucht. Eine Auszahlung mit EPS Sofort Überweisung ist von Seiten Kingbilly.com nicht möglich. Ich habe schon vorher bei Kingbilly.com öfter gespielt und auch ausgezahlt. Nur dieses mal funktioniert es nicht. Auch habe ich versucht unzählige mal per Email den Kundenservice zu erreichen. Man antwortet mir nicht. Ich habe für alle oben angeführten Tatsachen Screenshots und VIDEOS. Für alle. Ich habe diese Screenshots hier bei Ask Gamblers angehängt. Mein Konto ist offen und ich habe vollen Zugriff darauf.

Ich wende mich an Euch, da ich schon seit Tagen vergeblich versuchen dem Casino zu erklären, dass sie etwas für die Verifizierung fordern, dass mir nicht möglich ist.

Ich möchte gerne erstmalig 250€ auszahlen lassen und somit mein Konto verifizieren.

Meine letzte Einzahlung von 10€ ging von meinem Paysafe Account aus.
Das Casino verlangt einen Screenshot auf der meine Einzahlung UND mein Name sowie Email ersichtlich ist.

Leider ist auf der Paysafe Transaktions Seite jedoch kein Name oder ähnliches zu sehen sondern nur die Beträge.

Ich habe somit insgesamt drei Screenshots eingereicht.
Einmal von meiner
- Transaktionsseite (mit der Einzahlung ans Casino, Datum und Uhrzeit)
- von meinem Profil in der mein Name, Adresse... Ersichtlich ist
- einen Screenshot meiner Paysafe Kundennummer

Das Casino will jedoch alle diese Daten auf EINEM einzigen Screenshot haben, was mir aber nicht möglich ist.

Ich habe sogar an den Paysafe Kundendienst geschrieben, ob es möglich ist eine Art Kontoauszug zu erstellen auf der alle Daten gemeinsam ersichtlich sind aber so etwas gibt es nicht.

Leider scheint das Casino dies einfach nicht zu verstehen und verweigert mir somit immer wieder die Auszahlung.
Obwohl ansonsten alle erdenklichen Dokumente von mir eingereicht wurden.

Hi, i deposit 800.- nkr , i got the deposit bonus, played and won in total 9500.- NKR, after i had played away the bonus money to 0.-
It says money to withdraw, 9500.-
They then started a long process with my Revolut card, couldent approve and so on. Finaly after 3 days and countless emails, i finnaly got the approval.
Allternative withdreawl was, banktransfer, visa, bitcoin, etherium. I tryed visa, declaind, tryed banktransfer, declained, tryed etherium and bitcoin, declained. Got aswar from billy casino, try mastercard, i dont have mastercard, they have also removed visa as an allternativ, that happend today. Now all i get from support is, try another method. I have responded and confirmed every time they ask, but they stil decline
