I had made a deposit of 10000 on 11 of October 2023 and it has not yet been credited in my account. The deposit was a successful deposit but it's showing that my deposit has been rejected.
The guys in chat are just telling me to wait. And when I ask them how much time does it usually take, they just tell me that they can't tell me how much time it will take just wait. At least I must be knowing that how much maximum time does it take. I'm providing many times my banks debit slip.

As we have been informed by our Support Department, the amount was played already and the player has made a withdrawal.
We cannot add the bonus on top of the played deposit. Please, see Term below:

Please note that our systems will not allow us to grant you the bonus if you place bets with your qualifying deposit before the bonus is manually granted.
This complaint is about the deposit, and we consider this, resolved, per the player's acceptance.
