Verification taking ridiculously long
On the 21st March I deposited £100 on to Kassu, I played a fair bit over that weekend and the following night I withdrew £1654. On the Wednesday after that I logged back into my account to see my withdrawal progress. I spoke with the online chat, where I was passed to a vip chat host and was told to upload various forms of ID. The amount requested seemed a bit excessive but I understand in this day and age you have to submit documents for many different reasons. Anyway, I uploaded all the requested documents and was told this would take between 24-48 hours to be reviewed. So when this time had elapsed, again, I logged on to the lice chat to check the progress. There was none. I was told on the chat my case had been escalated and would be sorted soon. The next day I was told the same thing, and again the day after that. I have been told the same thing every day since. It has now been 10 days since I withdrew and there has been absolutely zero progress on my case.
I logged on to askgamblers and was alarmed when I saw multiple reviews and complaints with identical stories to mine.
I have done nothing wrong. I have complied with everything they’ve asked. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
When I ask how long this process will take I am told it’s not their department and never given an answer. I have emailed the complaints and vip addresses for this site and haven’t had one reply (even after the chat host promised me they’d make sure the vip would reply). The phone line never answers or just goes dead.
I finally won for once and can’t help but feel I’m trying to be shafted out of my money. Please help
