Problematic verification and delayed payment of winnings
I was lucky to win £1510 with kassu ,which went in next day, I withdrew 2 further amounts of £210.70 and £249.90 to which iv been asked for verification, to which iv done I mentioned its affecting me mentally that my money's not gone in and my account was blocked ,also my drivers license had just expired so went on to the government website to update ,to which any licences expired between February 2020 till December 2020 have been extended for a further 11months due to lockdown ,iv emailed kassu and was told its going to the relevant department ,I can't log into my account now due to being locked out, until this last experience I was extremely happy with kassu and upset its come to this
