Applied for withdrawal on 19/4/21 of £400 it's now been 86 hours and I have not had any response from kassu. I've tried emailing, I've tried calling them, I've tried live chat but not 1 response. Would like to add that all verification has been completed see attached, so don't know what the delay is about. Hope you can help.
