Delayed payment followed by delayed verification
On the 6th of April I deposited £100 to Kassu through a generous 100% deposit match offer that they emailed me. While using my own money - before using the bonus I was lucky enough to win £278.50 from my own money so I decided that I would quit while I was ahead and went to withdraw my money. To do this it cancelled my bonus which was fine and my £378.50 withdrawal went to pending.
3 days later on the 9th April I'll followed up as the website said it had fast withdrawals but I hadn't heard anything and looking at the verification page of my website no documents were required at the time. I got an automated response right away with a case number, but this was the last I heard from this.
I followed up once again via live chat on the 13th who were helpful and assured me it was just going through some security checks.
Upon hearing nothing further I followed up on the 21st, at this point the live chat agent assured me it would escalated quickly, which it was, not 1hr later I received an email informing me that my account had been temporarily limited for verification even though every time I checked the verification page prior to this I didn't need to submit anything. Not a problem, at least things were moving forward, so I submitted these documents and went on live chat to find out how long it would take to be processed.
In this live chat I was assured that they had my documents and it would take 72 hours to review. That was 8 days ago. I've been in live chat since then and they informed me that things were taking a bit longer at the moment due to the pandemic which I can understand and am sympathetic too but this has been a long ongoing problem and I feel like I could wait another 3 weeks and hear nothing.
I would just like to be verified and receive my withdrawal at this point please.
The online casino as a whole had a nice design and user experience, it's a real shame about the lack of communication and withdrawals and response times, if these were solved I think there would be a lot less complaints on this casino.
