Account under review delaying withdrawal
I joined Kassu on the 11th may and deposited £5000. I got my balance to £11167. I did not take any bonus. I withdrew the funds. On Monday 13th May my account was blocked. I contacted live chat who asked me to send in verification documents. I emailed the requested documents. I was told 72 hours max for the verification process to complete. Then after that time elapsed I was told definitely by the end of the next day and then told no timeframe could be given. I have emailed the complaints department who asked me to confirm where I sent the documents. I confirmed the email address where I sent the documents over too and attached the documents again. They replied a day later to say they are chasing the relevant department and to wait longer. I contacted live chat again today who said the documents are ok but my account is still under review. They said they could not give me further information as to why the account is under review and to wait for a response. I feel this is an unreasonably long time to wait especially as £5000 of the total balance is my own deposit.
