Account locked and waiting over a month for my withdrawal
I signed up to kassu on the 1st November 2020, whilst playing with my cash balance ( had not dipped into bonus funds) i hit a big win over £8000. i decided to withdraw my full balance of £8200.20, everything seemed fine and i received an withdrawal confirmation email stating the correct amount etc. 20 minutes later i received another email requesting documents including; proof of identity, proof of address & proof of payment method. i logged in to my account and uploaded said documents. 25 minutes later or so i was told via email my documents had been received and it would take 48-72 hours for them to be reviewed. all seemed fine.
When 72 hours had passed (5th Nov) i had not heard anything back, i tried to log in to my account to check the withdrawal and was unable to log in. a pop up said my account was locked and i needed to contact live chat. I did so and was told the withdrawal was still under review by the relevant department and they could not give a timeline as they are different departments. i gave them benefit of the doubt and gave them some more time.
In brief, contacted them again via email on the 12th - was told they have requested an update from the relevant department. Email received 20th, stating the same " I can see that this is being handled by the relevant department and you will be informed via email as soon as possible once the payment has been paid out thanks for the cooperation and patience."
Went back on live chat 23 Nov and was told they were sending an urgent chaser.
24th nov receive email asking for further documentation; selfie with id and bank cards, front and back. i sent those same day and later heard nothing else.
Contacted them 27th to check they received my documents, which they confirmed they had and were under review by relevant department (again).
Further messages to live chat on the 30th nov with the same still under review message.
10 Dec, contacted live chat and was told " i can see this has been forwarded as overdue & the team will deal with it as priority"
I am contacting yourselves to see if you can get further information from them or to speed up the process as its taking an unnecessary amount of time to review documents ( which should not be used as a means to delay withdrawals under their license agreement). other companies are able to do this within 24 hours, i have never encountered any other company take this long.
