Jet4Bet Casino - Withdrawal delay and disproportionate verifications

I am submitting this complaint regarding the ongoing delay of my withdrawal by Jet4Bet Casino and what I believe to be a disproportionate and repetitive verification process.

Although I understand and respect standard KYC/AML requirements, my withdrawal has been repeatedly cancelled pending additional verification. Each time I comply fully, further documentation is requested afterwards, significantly extending the process.

To date, I have provided in the exact format requested :

Government-issued ID

Selfie with my ID

Proof of address (bill)

Credit card transaction history

Bank confirmation proof of my deposit

Six months of payslips (current and former employer)

Bank transaction history for the relevant accounts (including a closed account)

Completed source-of-income questionnaire

Employment and income confirmation

Explanations regarding account transfers and attached my line of credit statement

I have fully cooperated at every stage and have never been informed of any breach of terms. However, my withdrawal remains restricted.

While I understand the importance of compliance procedures, verification requirements should be reasonable, proportionate, and not indefinitely expanded after substantial documentation has already been provided.

I respectfully request the assistance of AskGamblers in reviewing this matter and helping ensure a fair and timely resolution.

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we can understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lose the validity of your claim against the operator which led to the rejection of the complaint.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

Subject: Official Complaint – Unpaid Winnings from Jet4Bet.com (License OGL/2023/176/0095)


Dear Askgamblers


I am writing to file a formal complaint against Jet4Bet.com, operated by Hollycorn N.V. (License no. OGL/2023/176/0095). Over the period July 10–17, 2025, I have been repeatedly denied rightful withdrawals totaling €1,000 (€600 from Crazy Time winnings and €400 from successful balance conversion).


Details:


- **Game & Win:** €600 won on Crazy Time on 2025‑07‑10 at CEST local time, which converts to:

- 10:15:53 UTC (€126) and 11:27:00 UTC (€468)

- **Account Activity:** After the win, €100 remained in my account, which I converted into €400.

- **Evidence Provided:** I have already shared full screenshots demonstrating the game round, balance, timestamps, and direct WhatsApp communication with their VIP manager (Henry), yet no resolution has been provided.

- **Resolution Offer:** I have offered to drop the €400 claim if Jet4Bet processes the €600 payout today — but no action has been taken.


Jet4Bet has continuously requested information I have already submitted and failed to issue a payout. This confirms my belief that they are not acting in good faith. I kindly request the Curaçao Gaming Control Board to:


1. Investigate the conduct and payment practices of Jet4Bet/Hollycorn N.V.

2. Require them to settle my €600 legitimate win without further delay.

3. Consider any necessary regulatory or disciplinary action if they continue to refuse payment.


I am fully prepared to submit all supporting evidence (screenshots, chat logs, timestamps) at your convenience.
