Three months and still waiting for withdrawal

Jackpot City has been so bad with dealing with my complaints I have gone on chat every single day and I have all the chat logs that I will upload with this complainant. Jackpot City says they will update me by email but I received no emails only emails when I’m on chat support they have bad communication and don’t respond to several emails I have sent them. I have supplied everything that they requested and all documents have been approved Andy account is verified. The issue is they asked for proof of ownership on webwallet I used to deposit with. Because they are saying I won winning off that deposit from the webwallet but I didn’t win because off deposit from webwallet I had deposited with paysafecard several times my playcheck also shows that I deposited with paysafecard and then I came into some luck with the game I was playing.

I had a pending withdrawal of $3000 on my casino account they wouldn’t let me reverse withdraw it to play so I just deposited with paysafecard to continue playing.

I was playing African Safari when I won roughly $11,000 so I went to withdraw it so it could start the process of being paid out to me. I withdrew $8000

And still had roughly $3000 in my casino balance.

So now my pending withdrawals were $3000 I couldn’t touch because they said it was pending in review stage and I had $8000 pending that I was able to reverse withdraw myself if I wanted too because they have that 24-48 hour delay.

So this is what I don’t find fair. I was playing adventure palace I lost most of my credits I had on my casino available playing balance I had about $1000 left on my balance so I was playing away on adventure palace and I noticed that my casino balance jumped up to around $4000 I thought that was strange so stopped playing and went to see what that was from. I looked on my playcheck and saw that the $3000 pending withdrawal I had on my casino account that I couldn’t touch because they said it was in the review stages well they reverse withdraw that $3000 back to my casino balance I didn't request that to happen. So I went and reversed that $8000 I just requested to withdraw so that I could withdraw my casino balance all together so that’s the $11000 pending withdrawal now I’m talking about. Well I left that to withdraw I got emails saying they requesting more documents I was happy to supply straight away and I uploaded documents. I have all the emails showing they received the documents and are in review. Now several times they asked me for documents that I had already supplied and they were approved.

This is where the issue starts to get messed up I sent in proof of ownership for the wrong Skrill account that they said I wasn’t the owner of I advised them on every chat that the Skrill account was mine and my partners account it had both our names on it showing clearly in the documents. They said they don’t allow third party deposits and I said I know and that that’s not a third party. I was owner on the Skrill account my name and my partners names were both on the account I supplied all the documents. So i was waiting for someone to contact me a week went by and so I jumped on chat asking for a update now this would of been the frustrating part I was told that they are confiscating my funds/winnings I had won because I used a third party account to deposit that I supplied documents for showing clearly my name on it and they said they have made the discussion to confiscate the funds and that they will refund all my deposits I had made with the webwallet in question that I didn’t agree with and said I don’t accept that and asked for someone to fully review my account. So I submitted all the documents all over again and amazing everything was approved. That I was happy with the outcome. So I was then told that because my funds were confiscated that they were now being reinstated that was a month ago to allow 5 days I’ll receive my funds I had won.

Now I have sent them several emails and I have been on chat hundreds of hours daily to sort this out I am now being told my withdrawal is still under review. It’s been escalated every time I go on chat but nothing has happened I have no emails from them advising me of what’s happening and to inform me I have sent several emails that I get no replies from. I go on chat and there support is very unhelpful i explain everything to each person I talk to and they have really bad customer service for a casino they tell me something different each time or they disconnect me from chat so they don’t have to deal with me. I requested all the chat logs I’ll upload with this complaint so yours can have a read through it’s about 60 pages long. That’s days and days of me on chat talking to them trying to sort that withdrawal out.

So everything has been approved and my account is verified so what’s the hold up. Where are my funds I have won? I was told they have been processed to be withdrawn but that’s not the case it’s another lie the host tell me to get me off chat.

So Jackpot City I don’t know how they can take funds I had won fairly when I supplied all documents they asked for each time. Someone obviously didn’t do there job correctly and didn’t look over documents right the first time that’s why I’m in this situation because all my documents were approved when I sent them in again so they approved all my documents and verified my account and they have stolen my funds and are telling me that the withdrawal is in review and they will update me but its's been months now and I have no update.

So that’s now why I don’t knw what to do now or who to complain to help me out this is unfair practice for Jackpot City casino and what amazes me is that I have deposited 5x times more then what I’m requesting to withdraw and they are being like this I have lost more then I have won and they refuse to knowledge that they are in the wrong and someone didn’t do there job correct the first time that’s what’s made me be put into this situation.

This is unfair for a licensed casino to operate like this.

The total amount is $10,500 I have had confirmation from the casino that thats the total amount.

They are so slow at replying and there communication is really slack.

I always get told something different when I jump on chat is just a joke now.

MISLEADING information

Hi, I played on the site Jackpot city, and won $700. I made the withdrawal on the 22nd April jackpot said my funds had been released on the 24th April to my bank account. I waited few days for the funds to show in my account which have not and still have not shown.

I was provided with a UBR/reference number, however my bank has been unable to locate or trace any incoming transaction connected to this payment. This has caused me significant concern and inconvenience.

On the 8th they requested I send through a bank statement which I provided showing the funds did not show in my account. Multiple agents had told me the payment was processed and another agent told me funds were sitting with the payment team and he was going to escalate and get them to release the funds.

He also advised I send an email to them regarding the situation so I did. I requested them to check the email and they said they hadn't received any information from me or documents to support the matter. And that the funds had been processed every time I've contacted support they kept saying they've escalated the situation and you'll hear back from the team in 24-48 hours. It's been 7 days and no one has contacted me. I asked if there could be any reason why the funds aren't being released. They said no they couldn't see anything and that the funds have been released.

I said if the funds had been released, could you provide me with a transaction number or MT103? They said they were unable to provide me with that information and just sent a UBR but my bank wasn't able to trace this.

This morning 15th May I contacted support again and same story the funds have been paid into my account on the 24th it's become frustrating and misleading now it's been well. Over three weeks since I've received my winnings and I feel like it hasn't been escalated or anything is being done about my matter. Are you able to help in any way?

Software miscalculation of winnings and abrupt end to bonus games

While playing slots(Big Bass Hold & Spinner) at Jackpot City casino online on May 12th at 19:38 and I hit 3 scatters and the bonus games commenced. I had collected 2 fisherman already towards the 2X's bonus, and on this spin I hit a 3rd fisherman and the prize total was $20,700.00 as seen in the figure under the fisherman and is the correct total of all fish collected. But then something happened. The Bonus games stopped, and the screen said Free spins completed and the value it showed being won for free spins was wrong. It wasn't even as much as what was being displayed on this one spin.

I sent a message to Jackpot City Casino, with no reply.

I have a picture I took of the screen immediately after the Glitch happened.

In the image, you can clearly see that the amount I won at the bottom is different from the amount rewarded under the fisherman, to the tune of $72.00, just in this image.

The other factor in the glitch was that this was only one spin, the 3rd or 4th free spin of 10, and the bonus spins abruptly ended when this happened. I still had numerous spins left and I already had 2 fisherman in place, as well as the winning the 2 fisherman had collected on the previous spins, and those 2 fisherman were in place towards additional spins at 2X’s. The free spins were not completed, and any winnings I had from previous fisherman already appearing in the previous spins were not added.

I have contacted them 3 times since,a nd they have not replied once, other than the automatic reply when an email is sent to '[email protected]'

I have looked everywhere for somewhere else to lodge a complaint and get the correct compensation and Bonus Games corrected and replayed.

In the screenshot image of the glitch/miscalculation,it clearly shows the time, Game, Winnings under the fisherman of $20,700.00, win at the bottom showing a different number of $19,998.00 that should also include winning from the previous fisherman on the previous spins, and it clearly says Free Spins completed. So the total winning is wrong alone, just based on this one spin.

There was a visible glitch on the screen when it jumped to "Free Spins Completed", as I still had as many as 6 spins left..

Withdrawal of 26927EUR marked as processed but funds never received
I won €26,927 on April 22, 2025, and submitted my verification documents (passport and bank statement) on April 25 and they were verified. I was later asked to complete verification again (see screenshot). I tried to upload the requested documents again but it was saying they werent required (see screenshot).

During the week of May 12, my withdrawal appeared in my account history as "processed," and my account balance showed €0.

However, I never received any money in my Skrill account (screenshot can be provided upon request).

After that, the transaction history section on my Jackpot City account stopped loading (screenshot attached).

I also attempted to contact Jackpot City via email on May 7, 8, and 9, and again later — with no responses. Screenshots of these emails are included.

Additionally, the live chat feature now returns an error message and cannot be accessed (screenshot attached).

I did receive an update on April 23 stating Jackpot City had changed ownership and was now operated by Baytree Interactive Limited under a Kahnawake license. I mention this only as a possible contributing factor to system issues, not as a direct accusation (screenshot of their email attached).

I am simply asking that Jackpot City clarify the status of my processed withdrawal and ensure the funds are correctly transferred to my Skrill account.

All relevant documentation and screenshots are attached to this complaint for your review. If you require any further proof/screenshots, these can be supplied upon request.

I tried to upload the supporting documents but it won't allow me to. Can you give me an email address to send all of my supporting documents to?
