Jackpot City Casino - Three months and still waiting for withdrawal
Jackpot City has been so bad with dealing with my complaints I have gone on chat every single day and I have all the chat logs that I will upload with this complainant. Jackpot City says they will update me by email but I received no emails only emails when I’m on chat support they have bad communication and don’t respond to several emails I have sent them. I have supplied everything that they requested and all documents have been approved Andy account is verified. The issue is they asked for proof of ownership on webwallet I used to deposit with. Because they are saying I won winning off that deposit from the webwallet but I didn’t win because off deposit from webwallet I had deposited with paysafecard several times my playcheck also shows that I deposited with paysafecard and then I came into some luck with the game I was playing.
I had a pending withdrawal of $3000 on my casino account they wouldn’t let me reverse withdraw it to play so I just deposited with paysafecard to continue playing.
I was playing African Safari when I won roughly $11,000 so I went to withdraw it so it could start the process of being paid out to me. I withdrew $8000
And still had roughly $3000 in my casino balance.
So now my pending withdrawals were $3000 I couldn’t touch because they said it was pending in review stage and I had $8000 pending that I was able to reverse withdraw myself if I wanted too because they have that 24-48 hour delay.
So this is what I don’t find fair. I was playing adventure palace I lost most of my credits I had on my casino available playing balance I had about $1000 left on my balance so I was playing away on adventure palace and I noticed that my casino balance jumped up to around $4000 I thought that was strange so stopped playing and went to see what that was from. I looked on my playcheck and saw that the $3000 pending withdrawal I had on my casino account that I couldn’t touch because they said it was in the review stages well they reverse withdraw that $3000 back to my casino balance I didn't request that to happen. So I went and reversed that $8000 I just requested to withdraw so that I could withdraw my casino balance all together so that’s the $11000 pending withdrawal now I’m talking about. Well I left that to withdraw I got emails saying they requesting more documents I was happy to supply straight away and I uploaded documents. I have all the emails showing they received the documents and are in review. Now several times they asked me for documents that I had already supplied and they were approved.
This is where the issue starts to get messed up I sent in proof of ownership for the wrong Skrill account that they said I wasn’t the owner of I advised them on every chat that the Skrill account was mine and my partners account it had both our names on it showing clearly in the documents. They said they don’t allow third party deposits and I said I know and that that’s not a third party. I was owner on the Skrill account my name and my partners names were both on the account I supplied all the documents. So i was waiting for someone to contact me a week went by and so I jumped on chat asking for a update now this would of been the frustrating part I was told that they are confiscating my funds/winnings I had won because I used a third party account to deposit that I supplied documents for showing clearly my name on it and they said they have made the discussion to confiscate the funds and that they will refund all my deposits I had made with the webwallet in question that I didn’t agree with and said I don’t accept that and asked for someone to fully review my account. So I submitted all the documents all over again and amazing everything was approved. That I was happy with the outcome. So I was then told that because my funds were confiscated that they were now being reinstated that was a month ago to allow 5 days I’ll receive my funds I had won.
Now I have sent them several emails and I have been on chat hundreds of hours daily to sort this out I am now being told my withdrawal is still under review. It’s been escalated every time I go on chat but nothing has happened I have no emails from them advising me of what’s happening and to inform me I have sent several emails that I get no replies from. I go on chat and there support is very unhelpful i explain everything to each person I talk to and they have really bad customer service for a casino they tell me something different each time or they disconnect me from chat so they don’t have to deal with me. I requested all the chat logs I’ll upload with this complaint so yours can have a read through it’s about 60 pages long. That’s days and days of me on chat talking to them trying to sort that withdrawal out.
So everything has been approved and my account is verified so what’s the hold up. Where are my funds I have won? I was told they have been processed to be withdrawn but that’s not the case it’s another lie the host tell me to get me off chat.
So Jackpot City I don’t know how they can take funds I had won fairly when I supplied all documents they asked for each time. Someone obviously didn’t do there job correctly and didn’t look over documents right the first time that’s why I’m in this situation because all my documents were approved when I sent them in again so they approved all my documents and verified my account and they have stolen my funds and are telling me that the withdrawal is in review and they will update me but its's been months now and I have no update.
So that’s now why I don’t knw what to do now or who to complain to help me out this is unfair practice for Jackpot City casino and what amazes me is that I have deposited 5x times more then what I’m requesting to withdraw and they are being like this I have lost more then I have won and they refuse to knowledge that they are in the wrong and someone didn’t do there job correct the first time that’s what’s made me be put into this situation.
This is unfair for a licensed casino to operate like this.
