I have deposited 140 euros on 10/03/2025 and my deposit wasn't credited to my casino balance and its paid by my bank , since 16 days I contact the live chat daily and always they answered that the support team department work on my deposit case , I received an email on 16/03/2025 that my deposit cancelled by the casino system and the funds will return to my bank account within 5 working days , after finished the 5 days I sent many emails for the support department and they answer 1 or 2 times on me ( that there is no updates , same answers of the live chat no updates and I will be notify via email ).
I had proved for the live chat and for the support the bank statement of the deposit transaction and 3 times a full bank statement since 10/03/2025 three times until the date 25/03/2025 it was the last time that i didn't received the return of my deposit amount .
Please I ask from your side to help me to return back my pending deposit funds .

I would like to thank you for your concern in my case , But I am sure the instant casino will not reply Because he doesn't care about his customers treatments that was very very bad ,and also doesn't care about his rating reputation .
Additionally ,He has no justification or legal document because the proof of my payment I have is conclusive evidence of what I submitted as a bank statement for my deposit .
If not , he must show the bank statment of his bank belongs my deposits from the 10th of this month , Noting that he refused to provide that when i asked him to do so previously. His response was this : unable .
Despite the fact that I sent him several bank statements relating to all my outgoing and incoming transfers .
This casino lacks transparency and credibility. Its only concern is how to defraud and seize its players '" funds through blatant fraud and theft .
