Yesterday, I contacted the Livechat, its very rude and ask to wait.. with no reason.
Today I want to contact livechat, and soddenly.. error appear.
I spend more than 10k in this casino, and for to pay 1.5k its very long and not any news.
Please try to make something.

Following our investigation, we confirm that the player’s withdrawals were approved, but they failed due to missing BIC details in the bank information provided. Additionally, the player attempted to withdraw funds to an IBAN from a different country than the one registered on their account, which contributed to the issue.
After the failed withdrawals, the player chose to play off their remaining balance and later made threats instead of allowing us the opportunity to assist.
