Delayed remaining withdrawals

After making substantial deposits to the platform, I was able to recover it on August 20th, 2023. Following this, I promptly completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) process two days later, initiating the withdrawal of my funds. Due to the amount involved, the withdrawal was processed as two smaller transactions and three larger ones. The smaller withdrawals were promptly executed and credited to my bank account by August 23rd, 2023.

However, a notable concern arises with regard to the three significant withdrawals. One of these transactions has remained in a status of "in progress" since August 27th, 2023, while the second has yet to be addressed at all. The customer service department indicated that the processing period should not exceed five days, yet today marks the sixth day since initiation. The protracted delay in the withdrawal process is perplexing, particularly as a substantial portion of my funds remains unresolved.

In light of this, I am seeking to leverage the AskGamblers platform to draw attention to this issue and the corresponding casino's operations. It is my hope that shedding light on this predicament will prompt a resolution and expedite the release of my funds from this particular platform.

As the head of the casino, you can surely speed this up 😄 I would like this complaint to stay open until all the money is recovered. I hope that you can see the case from my standpoint - the whole KYC and withdrawal process have been stalling too long. Especially when my profile already was verified 21/08/2023.

I’ve been trying to verify my account on Ice Casino for over a week now, and it’s becoming extremely frustrating. My KYC is not approved in Ice Casino; I already submitted the documents they need. I provided a clear photo ID, a utility bill for address verification, and even a bank statement as requested. Yet, despite doing everything right and submitting all the required documents, I still haven’t received any confirmation.

What makes the situation worse is the lack of proper communication. Their customer service is so slow that it’s almost impossible to get real-time updates. I’ve sent multiple emails and even tried reaching out through their live chat, but the responses are either generic or take days to arrive. It’s really disappointing, especially when other online casinos process KYC verifications within 24–48 hours.

I understand the need for security and proper identity verification, but there should be a more efficient system in place. At the very least, Ice Casino could keep their users informed about the progress of the verification process. Instead, I’m left in the dark, wondering if my documents were even reviewed.

This delay has also affected my ability to withdraw funds, which is very concerning. I deposited money and played in good faith, but now I’m stuck, unable to access my winnings due to KYC delays. It’s not just about the money—it’s about trust and transparency.

I really hope they resolve this soon. Ice Casino has some good games and a decent interface, but unless they improve their verification and support systems, I don’t see myself recommending them to others. People deserve a smooth and secure experience, especially when their personal and financial information is involved.
