Hi , i put a withdrawal request in with hopa on the 2nd May for £80 they emailed me back saying could i send some documents over to verify my withdrawal which i did on the 4th, i then got another email off them on the 8th May saying they have received them and would start to process my withdrawal see email below

I have since emailed/chatted with them at least 3 times and get the same response we are very busy and waiting on our accounts team.I checked the website and my chosen withdrawal method should take 48hrs max but it is still in pending 4 days later, i have waited 10 days for this now i think its becoming a joke most other sites i use 3-5 days max, could you help please
