Hopa are continuing to delay my payment my payment for now vaild reason behind it, on the 13/01/2020 I won £7150 which I then withdrew this money straight away awear that I would have to verify my account. I sent the correct document over the same time. I had an email back on the 14/01/2020 to say that my documents had been approved (Attached this to the complaint) after numerous of live chats with plenty of chats timing out and disconnecting chat I still can not get an answer or my money out of them

The withdrawal has been sent to players preferred withdrawal method.
He should get it in the next 3 – 5 business days.
