Hercules Casino Account Blocked After Deposit
Hello AskGamblers,
I am submitting a complaint regarding Hercules Casino.
I deposited 21.25 EUR (USDT) into my account. The deposit was confirmed via email and on the blockchain (TXID: 0x9365c79edfd00a8dc4540a4e6d880f7f96d3287360a04ddd1f7db09d05a5596c).
I have also submitted all required KYC documents. Despite this, my account was **immediately blocked** after the deposit, without explanation.
I have contacted the casino support multiple times at Support@herculescasino.com and Finance@herculescasino.com, but I have received **no response**.
I request that Hercules Casino either:
1. **Reactivate my account with my deposit intact**, or
2. **Refund my deposit** to the original wallet (TXID above).
I am providing all proofs of the transaction and my KYC documents for verification.
Please assist me in resolving this issue, as the casino has so far been unresponsive.
