Additional charges and withdrawal delayed
I have been playing on online casino for quite long time now. I have unusual experience with greatwins where I received less withdrawal money than what I have expected/withdrew on my account. It did not cost me alot but if it's percentage based it will be alarming. I have withdrawn 1000 and just receive 989. I have contacted the support team and asked me to contact Visa. I have to ask them again as it's really hard to reach visa. And then, advised me then to contact my bank. I have requested for invoice/receipt for me to show to the bank so they(the bank) know what I am talking about but they refused instead they advised me to show the notification email which doesn't have any information.
Yesterday, I noticed that my withdrawal was through mastercard which I never used mastercard. I have to cancel my recent withdrawal to make sure I am not the one who did a mistake. But it's still showing up mastercard. I assumed that this is the reason why I'm not getting the full amount. I message support and advised that it was a glitch and technical error from their end. Finally, One of the support answered my question and told me that it can be a part of charges/taxes of the company. I have been playing on other apps and they never charged anything.
It's my 4th day now, Still no updates on my withdrawal. I got an error message yesterday when I was playing that my withdrawal has failed and I received an email called “Withdrawal request of $1000” assumed that they have re-do my withdrawal. PENDING WITHDRAWAL IS WORTH $2900.
I have a pending maximum withdrawal and cannot withdraw due to limit. I have tried to manage my gambling which is really annoying cause it will end up spending the money and will be messed up how I manage my gambling money.
I want to submit a request for this to be escalated. And get it sorted today, I prefer to do all my withdrawals all at once. I am taking a break on this Casino. It's making me so stressed waiting for them and worried If I got scammed.
On the other hand, Support is a big thumbs down for me. They are using CAPS LOCK and exclamation mark. Not really friendly. Withdrawal takes so much time. I offered to verify my account and provide information so the next time I withdraw I will never have issues (as I read feedback that they took 10 days to verify users). But they refused to take my verification.
