Additional charges and withdrawal delayed

I have been playing on online casino for quite long time now. I have unusual experience with greatwins where I received less withdrawal money than what I have expected/withdrew on my account. It did not cost me alot but if it's percentage based it will be alarming. I have withdrawn 1000 and just receive 989. I have contacted the support team and asked me to contact Visa. I have to ask them again as it's really hard to reach visa. And then, advised me then to contact my bank. I have requested for invoice/receipt for me to show to the bank so they(the bank) know what I am talking about but they refused instead they advised me to show the notification email which doesn't have any information.

Yesterday, I noticed that my withdrawal was through mastercard which I never used mastercard. I have to cancel my recent withdrawal to make sure I am not the one who did a mistake. But it's still showing up mastercard. I assumed that this is the reason why I'm not getting the full amount. I message support and advised that it was a glitch and technical error from their end. Finally, One of the support answered my question and told me that it can be a part of charges/taxes of the company. I have been playing on other apps and they never charged anything.

It's my 4th day now, Still no updates on my withdrawal. I got an error message yesterday when I was playing that my withdrawal has failed and I received an email called “Withdrawal request of $1000” assumed that they have re-do my withdrawal. PENDING WITHDRAWAL IS WORTH $2900.

I have a pending maximum withdrawal and cannot withdraw due to limit. I have tried to manage my gambling which is really annoying cause it will end up spending the money and will be messed up how I manage my gambling money.

I want to submit a request for this to be escalated. And get it sorted today, I prefer to do all my withdrawals all at once. I am taking a break on this Casino. It's making me so stressed waiting for them and worried If I got scammed.

On the other hand, Support is a big thumbs down for me. They are using CAPS LOCK and exclamation mark. Not really friendly. Withdrawal takes so much time. I offered to verify my account and provide information so the next time I withdraw I will never have issues (as I read feedback that they took 10 days to verify users). But they refused to take my verification.

We are sorry to hear that you did not have the best experience when withdrawing your winnings. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to withdraw to the payment method of your liking, according to the following article from our Terms and Conditions:

6.8 The Company will attempt to satisfy your wishes in terms of payment method, however, the use of payment method you prefer could not be guaranteed. Therefore, the Company may work through and perform payments using payment systems that differ from the one you requested to be used for processing your withdrawal.

When it was not possible to withdraw with one of your cards, we sent you an email instructing you to use a different payment method. You then did request 2 withdrawals of 1000 NZD each to a different card, which we processed on 27.05 and 28.05.

Your next withdrawals which you requested on 27.05 were canceled by you and played in casino. There is currently no active balance or active withdrawals on the account.

Please be informed that we applied closure for your account as per your request.

First of all thank you for helping me out. I have received the withdrawal. I was complaining about the money and time greatwin cost while waiting for their payments. I have emailing them and just replying me a play safe answers.

I have 3800 on my wallet and total of 3 (1000) withdrawal on the queue. As I have read their terms and condition, I understand that my level in the casino has limits of 1000 per day. I have been waiting 24hrs in order for me to withdraw another grand each day. Their max withdrawal is only 3. So my 800 were sitting on their wallet. 1st withdrawal took 5 days, and get back to me saying it was failed and they send the money back to me. So therefore I have 1800, Which I cannot withdraw all at once again and I have to wait 48hrs. i message them afterwards to exclude me. As I dont want to touch my money l and was committed on not playing this casino again. I was going around in circles, my money were stuck on their wallet, its like they are doing this on purpose for me to play/lose it again. I have message the team if they can process my withdrawal all at once. This caused me too much time and money.

This complaint has to be escalated to gambling commission.They have alot of issues on site, not enough explanation l, lack of support and not complying or not looking after gambling addiction, withdrawal delays.

You can review the complaints of this casino. And this has to be turned down.

As what I have said, Gambling should be entertaining, but in this casino I was not entertained at all. But the cause me so much stress.

Beschwerde gegen GreatWin Casino – Verzögerte Auszahlung
Ich reiche diese Beschwerde ein, da meine Auszahlung trotz Überschreitung der vom Casino angegebenen Bearbeitungszeiten weiterhin nicht bearbeitet wurde.
Am 22.05.2026 um 23:54 Uhr beantragte ich eine Auszahlung in Höhe von 260,00 € auf mein Revolut-Konto.

Bis heute wird die Auszahlung im Spielerkonto lediglich mit dem Status „In Bearbeitung“ angezeigt. Die Auszahlung wurde weder freigegeben noch ausgezahlt.
Nach den vom Casino veröffentlichten Informationen und Bearbeitungszeiten hätte die Auszahlung bereits bearbeitet werden müssen. Dennoch wurde mir bislang kein konkreter Grund für die Verzögerung genannt.
Ich habe den Kundensupport mehrfach kontaktiert und um eine Erklärung gebeten. Statt einer konkreten Auskunft erhielt ich lediglich allgemeine Hinweise auf mögliche Verzögerungen durch Banken. Diese Erklärung erscheint jedoch nicht nachvollziehbar, da sich die Auszahlung weiterhin im Status „In Bearbeitung“ befindet und nach meinem Verständnis noch nicht an die Bank übermittelt wurde.
Der Support konnte mir weder mitteilen:
warum die Auszahlung zurückgehalten wird,
ob zusätzliche Prüfungen durchgeführt werden,
ob Dokumente fehlen,
noch wann die Auszahlung freigegeben wird.
Ich bin der Ansicht, dass die vom Casino veröffentlichten Bearbeitungszeiten in meinem Fall nicht eingehalten wurden. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen erhalte ich keine konkrete Information zum Bearbeitungsstand meiner Auszahlung.
Ich bitte AskGamblers daher um Unterstützung bei der Klärung dieses Falls und darum, GreatWin Casino zur Stellungnahme bezüglich der ausstehenden Auszahlung aufzufordern.
Geforderte Lösung:
Freigabe und Auszahlung der ausstehenden 260,00 €.
Klare Auskunft über den Grund der Verzögerung.
Einhaltung der vom Casino veröffentlichten Bearbeitungszeiten.
