Unpaid 50 euros and unjust account block
Dear AskGamblers Team,
I am filing this complaint against Gizbo Casino due to the unjust blocking of my account and the refusal to refund my €50 deposit.
I deposited €50 into my Gizbo Casino account, but the funds were never credited. I immediately contacted customer support and requested a refund to my bank account since I did not want to wait indefinitely to play. The support team assured me that the money would be returned within 4-5 days and that my account would be deleted.
However, more than a week has passed, and I have not received my money. When I contacted support again, they informed me that my account had been blocked for "violating the rules" and that they could not process my withdrawal. When I asked them which rule I had allegedly violated, they refused to provide an explanation and have since ignored my messages.
This is highly unprofessional behavior and a clear indication that Gizbo Casino does not operate fairly. I demand an immediate refund of my €50. If this issue is not resolved, I will take further action against the casino and warn other players about this situation.
I kindly request the AskGamblers team to assist me in resolving this issue.
